Stopped in to get some help with my son's new bike. We had bought it from Amazon and it was defective. "Papa" dropped everything to help my wife and I. He had it fixed in about 20 minutes. We would highly recommend this shop to anyone. We will be back to make a purchase when my wife is ready for a new bike!
Just moved to Easley from Colorado. I'm a bike commuter without a car, was having trouble with my e-bikes, and thought maybe I'd have to go to Greenville for repairs until I discovered this shop. The owner Zack was super helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and generous with his time/advice/tools. He kindly let me work on the bike at his shop under his supervision and using his tools, and he'd come work on things and give advice when I couldn't figure it out (which was frequently).
