I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with the accountant was so appalling that I feel obligated to warn others about Gerald F Paolilli. I contacted him with a few reasonable questions about my return. I was immediately met with passive aggressive attitude, condescending comments, and a complete lack of professionalism.
