If I could give more than 5 stars for this review I would. I love these slippers and almost all my family have them. These are the warmest slippers I have ever owned. They are very well made and the shipping was very quick. I just bought a pair for my husband and he is also loving them.
After researching the best slippers I could get for my mom, I checked out Pantoufles Garneau and got her a pair of two-tone shin-huggers. I ate the tariff costs because their online reputation was stellar. What's more, Garneau helped navigate an international size exchange with attention and care, even when I made mistakes in the process. Désolée mais la pointure n'était vraiment pas conforme. Garneau veut rien savoir. Déjà très chères il faut payer plus de 20,00$ pour retourner des pantoufles EXCESSIVEMENT ÉTROITES ET PETITES. Plus jamais. Service arrogant et condescendant.
