I own a small business in nesquehoning I received a call for services on the property one was for lawn services it has been just about a month and I have yet to receive payment. The grass was over a foot high garbage everywhere my brother inlaw spent 5 hours cleaning the garbage and cutting the grass and cleaning the debris so the city wouldn't site them.
