Service was excellent the same service as for the last 15 years
1. They used the wrong routing number and account number. 2. I called (panther tax) and they said to call my bank, they would help me LOL...smh! The bank is not IRS...they can't fix the mess that Panther tax did...(my bank has no business in this matter.) 3. They (panther tax) did not do anything on their behalf to fix their mistake. 4. I had to call the IRS myself and expain what had ocurred.. 5. Very unprofessional, not reliable...and they even have dogs inside their office...¡REALLY!
