I ordered packaging material for next day delivery at about 2am on a Friday. I expected it to arrive Monday. I'm so used to being disappointed by shipping supply companies that my hopes were low for the shipping speed, product etc. Imagine my surprise and delight that our order arrived around 9am on the same day we ordered (Friday). Quality was great, more than we expected by far and price was fantastic!! Their driver was also friendly. It was a great way to start the day!! 😁

If you are trying to use them while operating a business I highly recommend using Uline or someone more reliable. Four separate orders, every order has had issues, every time they promise it is a one time thing and wont happen again, yet issues keep happening every time. Back to Uline I will go where at least they are always on time and reliable with delivery. Some issues have included leaving an order of boxes out in the rain, obviously that renders them useless. I work for a small business who purchased with them. What an awful experience every single time. The inside acct manager doesn’t have the first clue. Constantly blames the warehouse for mistakes. They never apologize for their shortcomings as a business. I’ve never dealt with such complete incompetence from corporation. Buying from them means spending an extra hour making sure the right supplies arrived and then emailing and calling to track down the correct supplies. Waste of a small business’s time and money.

I've been buying packing supplies and racking from here for about a month. They definitely make my life easier because they beat Uline/Grainger prices every time, AND they have stuff in stock for same-day pickup/delivery. This really reduces the amount of stock I need to keep on-hand because I know if I run out, I can just get more the same day instead of planning 1-2 weeks ahead. Also, my favorite part might just be getting donuts with every order.
