Held an order for three weeks before advising they could not ship at the quoted price. We emailed several times to get an update on the order without a response. We had to call several times before we received a notice they were canceling our order. This is a very poor business practice. We were ordering samples for a large warehouse. We will have to find them elsewhere now that the project has been delayed due to poor customer service!
