This has been the worse CPA office I have ever dealt with and I used to work with CPAs back when I worked as a staff accountant. They nickel and dime you for everything. If they respond to an email from you, you will be charged $90 even though they don't bother to inform you of that beforehand. Same with a phone call - if you're an established client with them they will charge you for a 5 minute phone call. Do yourself a favor and find another firm to bring your business too.
