I am very disappointed with my experience during yesterday’s shopping. At checkout, the staff asked me to rate the store 9 or 10, and not anything lower, which I found unprofessional. Because of this, I chose not to give higher rating. Later, I received a call from Dharmendra warning me to be careful about giving lower ratings in the future. This is absurd. Such behaviour must be reviewed and actioned.
