Today we had a very disappointing experience at Pantaloons, Kottayam. We selected three dresses to purchase. During shopping, a sales staff member was assisting us and was handling the products and bag. We had also kept two other dresses aside as options, but later decided not to purchase them. However, at the billing counter, we noticed that those two dresses that we had not selected for purchase were also included in the bill. The total came to around ₹6,000.
