Very unprofessional staff. - I love the store, just because of the staff here i dont visit it often. They literally threatened me to write a review. Giving one star just because of the staff.
Very bad experience, I had a shopping voucher and employee id for additional discount for 15% but to find out the SOP of Pantaloon the staff wasted our 1.5 hours. Really pissing off, we had a little child and no choice to agree on it. Bcz last time we had voucher and got the discount, but this time it was the worst experience. The staff needs training and should start opening the mouth to talk.
