I have purchased a PE formal pant and was told by the Executive that it will hardly take 30-45mins for alteration and therefore I proceeded for billing. Billing executive told me to do billing first and then measurement and estimated time would be told. After billing I was told that alteration would take minimum 3hrs and this was ridiculous. What I m suppose to do for next 3hrs and why I was not told this before billing. Really really bad experience.
