When we visited there, there was no AC facility, a cooler was turned on in the name of AC and it was getting cold and the collection was also fine.

Visited the Pantaloons store on 150 Feet Ring Road recently, and it was a highly uncomfortable shopping experience. The central air conditioning was not working at all, making the entire store incredibly hot and suffocating. It is almost impossible to browse through clothes or try them on in the changing rooms when you are constantly sweating. Store Manager Alpa is very rude and advertised wrong items first they will say Buy 1 Get 1 Free but when you go and buy they will say that offer is not available. Also attached reference photo for wrongly advertising it. As such a big brand should raise this particular concern and other staff are also very rude.
