If you need any customer service don’t bother calling. There is no way to talk to anyone. Their mail box is always full and their only other info is “GOODBYE”….. How do you operate a company with this level of ridiculousness?
We find that ypur Rice Drink is the best milk subsititue that we have ever found. We purchase at least 6 cartons of it per week. It makes our oatmeal and coffeed taste so good. Opening each carton, however, is not easy. Pulling the little tab almost always results in losing a bit of milk on our countertop. It shouldn't be made of plastic that is so tough or thick. Other than that, the product is perfect.
I had an issue with packaging and the customer service was phenomenal! They remedied the issue and then some.
