Super mauvaise expérience avec Panorama. J'ai acheté un Boreal Pinion et les moyeux étaient génériques, pourtant sur le sit web dit clairement SHIMANO TC500 (AVANT) / TC600 (ARRIÈRE), dès que j'ai fait l'observation, Simon m'a dit qu'ils n'étaient pas dispo lors de son approvisionnement et qu'il avait remplacer par Novatec sans me donner d'spécifications quant au modele. I've had my Tiaga EXP for a few weeks now. The customer service when ordering my bike was phenomenal, I'm always a bit hesitant when ordering online rather than my LBS but they have been great to deal with. The bike was packaged up really well and arrived in a couple of weeks. I ordered this bike to replace my more entry level drop bar bike I was using for commuting, gravel, and bikepacking. Got this bike in March 2024 after looking at many options in the steel 29er category and visiting Panorama’s facility in Granby. Mine is a size large with carbon fork, XT gears, SRAM Level-T brakes, Race Face cockpit, and Hunt carbon wheels. For context, my previous mountain bike was a Santa Cruz Tallboy Carbon (now sold) and my other bikes include an Ibis Hakka gravel bike and a 9:0:7 Lynx carbon fat bike with a Manitou fork for winter.
