I trusted them with everything I had for my retirement, and they lost 35% of it, telling me that they knew better than I did, about how to invest my hard earned income. I am a blue collar worker, at the moment, but I have also worked for AG Edward's, and have a few insights as to how this should have been handled. My opinion was not just discounted, it was ignored.
