I have been trying for two days to get someone to answer the phone. I understand that the office is busy, but there is no answering service. I have given up! I do not live in Panola County, but I own property there. I honestly don’t understand how Ms. Gibbs keeps her elected job. It has been a poorly run office for years.

I would like to tell you that’s the service I have been getting is bad, I have been place on hold for over hour’s, the person answer the phone leave you on hold for hours, this is good customer service, please replace this person!

Went to get a vehicle transferred to my son today. The people there were very helpful and explained the forms required. We were in and out in less than half an hour.
