I have been trying for two days to get someone to answer the phone. I understand that the office is busy, but there is no answering service. I have given up! I do not live in Panola County, but I own property there. I honestly don’t understand how Ms. Gibbs keeps her elected job. It has been a poorly run office for years.

I would like to tell you that’s the service I have been getting is bad, I have been place on hold for over hour’s, the person answer the phone leave you on hold for hours, this is good customer service, please replace this person!
