Terrible Customer Service – Went in there looking for a specific gun. I printed a picture of the gun, stock # & price directly from their own website and handed it to the guy at the counter. He said it was not in stock, so I asked if he could order me one and he had no idea how to place an order with their distributor. I told him I wanted the gun so just ask someone in the store that knows what their doing to order it for me and call me when it comes in. Never heard from them again. Horrible customer service! – The guy behind the counter was very rude and not helpful at all! Instead of being helpful he tried to sell me shooting class wich is $80. Even 1 star rating is too much, they don't deserve a star.
Don't waste your time – My brother bought a pistol from them, we went back a week later to buy ammunition and shoot it and the guy behind the counter acted like a total p rick. Wouldn't let us use our own ammo, said we had to buy it from them for "liability issues". Ran into this same garbage when I took a friend of mine there to shoot several months later.
