Unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. I had never been here before but was looking for a new massage therapist after ours retired. When I tried to book Sri was continuously evasive and unhelpful. I attempted to book an appointment three times over the course of several months. Eventually we confirmed our first appointment and when my husband arrived, Sri wasn't even there. Don't waste your time. I'd never met Sri before and had been nothing but polite and friendly, so I have no idea why we were treated like this.
Sri is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming. I work as a camera operator, so I often experience tightness in my neck and back, but she always manages to ease out the knots and release tension. Her massages leave me feeling completely relaxed and rebalanced every time. Most recently, I had an injury and a very tight lower back, and amazingly, it released itself by the next morning, which is a true testament to Sri’s talent and experience. Sri is fantastic! This was my fourth massage with her, and if I had known there was a website, I would’ve left a review much sooner. I’m a working mum of two with a high stress job that leaves me glued to my laptop. My shoulders are constantly tight, and I carry a lot of tension in my neck, back, and shoulders. One of the best massages I have ever had! I got the deep tissue massage. Sri is amazing, she so sweet and welcoming will recommend her to all my friends and family. I had such a bad back neck and shoulders for a very long time, and I walked out feeling very relieved and relaxed will definitely be coming more often ! :))
