On a tip from a friend, I found their shop in Pangbourne. I explained to Rikki what I thought I was after. I then did a bike fit with Rikki, this was something next level, and with his guidance we determined what the best bike for my size and shape was. This was no hard sell. My new Basso Bikes arrive in the shop a couple of days later and I came in and they adjusted it so that it was perfect. Superb advice and practical guidance from Toby in choosing a kids Frog bike. We called a few places and he was the only one that took the time to speak to us before we made the trip to the shop. He ensured the bike was the right type and size explaining all the factors that go into setting your child up for success, the team also did a full check of the bike before we left.
