I’ve had the privilege of working with Megan and Delmira since 2018. Megan helped me get diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 28 which truly changed my life (something that had gone unnoticed in 12 years of therapy and 5 years of psychiatry). Megan and Delmira are warm yet still guide you to help yourself. The whole practice is extremely inclusive and offers a sliding scale. Can’t recommend it highly enough!
Megan and the team of therapists at Paniccia Psychotherapy are all incredibly compassionate and talented professionals. They create a safe space where one can feel heard and held without judgement. I highly recommend!
Megan is an excellent therapist. Her warm and compassionate style makes her easy to work with and she is very knowledgeable. She is a great listener and will challenge you as well. Her whole team makes you feel welcome! Would definitely recommend.
