My family and I had the privilege to visit Panhandle Exotics this summer and all I can say is that this store is hands down one of the coolest exotic pet stores I’ve ever visited. The variety of animals is incredible, and it’s obvious that the staff has a genuine passion for reptiles and exotic animals. The owner was super cool. I went here with my gramma to get more sand for my syrian hamster and I ended up staying a bit to look at the rats and stuff. The animals seem to be well taken care of, I even saw someone give a pig medicine, so I'm unsure as to why some reviews are so negative. I love this shop! And the $5 admission will be credited towards any purchase you make in the shop so it's not a bad thing at all.
I have been coming to this store for years! This has to be the cleanest pet store I have ever been in. Animals look healthy and well cared for.
