Just so happened to be in this area today, so I decided to try this branch. The drive-through wouldn’t open, so I “called” the teller using the button. She said (& not very nicely) “I’ll be with you in a minute, I am working on the car that was already here when you pulled up”……. I said… “I just can’t open it” & then drove my happy self to the main branch because I do not need that type of negativity in my life. Is customer service a thing of the past? I’m not even asking for much, just a pleasant tone would go so far
I'm trying to find out if they are open today , called number but no one ever answers of course , goes to a recording. . but today is ,10- 13- 2025. ? Columbus Day ! ?? I see most banks are closed today and called 5 times. No one probably is there who knows. ?!! Thank you.
