I love this supermarket; the vegetables are always very fresh! However, I’ve noticed some changes in the café staff lately. While I understand the decision to stop using the coffee cards, please don't ignore customers who still hold them. To the lady with the curly hair: please be more mindful of your attitude and remain polite to customers. The previous staff members were wonderful, and I miss their service.

Best supermarket hands down! I have travelled Australia the all length and there is nothing like Panetta. This is a OG supermarket, nothing like the other craps
My favourite grocery! Great selection, especially for produce. Reasonably priced. BUT— ⚠️ Be warned: they can charge the wrong price sometimes. Please check your receipts or keep a close eye on the prices during checkout. We've been charged for the wrong item 3 or 4 times now. While refund is painless enough, it's easy to overlook. ...but the selection and friendly staff still deserve at least 4 stars.
It’s a great shop if you can manage to buy what you are after. The checkout lines are between 15-30 mins wait. My partner can head to Cole’s and come back and I’m still in line. All times of day on the weekends. Very frustrating
