The service at Panetta.Macquarie Centre was flawless. Two ladies and a gentleman that stood out to me were Florence, Caitlin and Hamza. Their service was exceptional, friendly and caring . I give them 5 points each
The customer service from the staff generally is good except one middle aged staff who is very uncivilised, rude and disrespectful to customers . She always in a rush to serve customers that she believes that it is efficiency, and is also over confident that she thinks she is top of the world, knows everything, never listens to the customer. This staff makes me feel uncomfortable and I will return to shop less frequently.

Great fruit shop at Macquarie Centre with a huge range of fresh produce. They always have an excellent variety of fruits and vegetables, and everything is well presented, fresh, and good quality. It’s easy to find what you need, whether you’re after everyday staples or something a bit more seasonal.
