My partner and I have been loyal customers at this shop for many years. Today I went in to buy my box of salad mix. I scanned my loyalty card as usual, but later noticed the points were not added to the receipt. I politely asked the staff member to cancel and redo the transaction, or to cancel the sale if the points could not be applied. They’ve good range of olives, the green sicilian marinated with lemon and garlic was unbelievable. Reasonable price, and good customer service. That’s what we need in our locals
A star off as I've had too many bad onions, enough to buy my onions elsewhere. Replace your onion buyer!
Pretty much the same experience as everybody else. Excessively long unorganized lines in store to purchase and staff unnecessarily yelling at people from the cash register. Go to Woolworths or Coles, honestly even buy from your local 7-Eleven service station just don’t buy from here. Nobody deserves to be yelled at for simply trying to purchase something from your store.
