The food is delicious. However, their reheating instructions for the catered hot meals are wildly inaccurate. I understand that ovens vary but for food to take almost 3 times as long as the instructions say (after being left to warm to room temperature for 45 minutes mind you) to be heated through is ridiculous. Our Christmas dinner was delayed by over an hour and a half because of this and the porchetta was STILL was only 100 degrees (even after slicing it up to see if that would help) when I gave up to trying to reheat it ... read more

5 Star to the wonderful lady who helped me today with my sandwiches-I bought many sandwiches for the staff at work. I asked that they all be cut in half and put in a tray. I was not looking for a tray to be made up or to even be given whatever the price that a tray of sandwiches would cost. I understood I would be paying for each individual sandwich.
