My partner filed earlier in the year and has still not received anything. The IRS states that the taxes are still outstanding, we have tried repeatedly to contact the office and get some information. PLEASE CALL BACK WITH AN UPDATE!
Overcharged my mom when the US started FBAR, was slow to respond and caused IRS fines 2 years in a row for late taxes. Don't bother to go to them if you are a small fish. Felt very inconsiderate to be honest.
Very knowledgeable associates, very responsive and very ethical. I have used HR Block, Turbotax and others in past but been with Pandya for last 9 years and will continue with them for future too.
