Date: 19 June 2025 Time: 7:20 PM Absolutely disappointed with Pandora. I drove 35 minutes to another store because my local branch is closing down and couldn’t offer me different sizes. I went to return a ring because one of the gems broke — something that has happened with several of their rings I’ve owned. I also wanted to exchange the size of a bracelet I was gifted just two days ago for my birthday. Waimarie served me and she was amazing!! 11/10 shopping experience. She greeted me when I walked in and was so patient with my decisions. She was excellent in finding different options and sizes to fit me. Her knowledge of the items showed and even convinced me to buy a care kit which I will say, no other pandora staff member has been able to do because they never demonstrated how to use it like Waimarie did. I walked away happy with my purchases but mostly happy with the customer service that Waimarie displayed :)
