Absolutely love this local studio, the atmosphere, the instructors, the hot tea, and the classes!
Pilates is amazing!! Mardi is the best instructor- she does a great flow, super challenging but offers modifications and always ends with a great stretch and breath work!! 💗
I started mat pilates at Pando shortly after it opened in 2024, and haven’t looked back. If you’re seeking to improve your form and fitness with some of Melbourne’s finest and kindest instructors - in a beautiful setting - then this place is for you. The entire Pando team are supportive and delightful.
I do a lot of Pilates in different studios but Christens Thursday morning class was so so so good 🤩 everything, the music choice, the atmosphere created, the exercises (creative and really challenging) and the group - it was a perfect fit and just made me happy 😊 My memory of another class a while a go is very positive as well, I can definitely recommend this studio and am planing to come more regularly. I was a bit apprehensive about visiting the chiropractor at Pando Society. I have been getting adjustments for most of my life, and as a result I have higher expectations. With all honesty my expectations were not only met, but exceeded. I say with the utmost confidence that Pando Society’s chiropractor’s are not just not the best chiropractors near me, but are in fact the best chiropractors in Melbourne.
