After living in pain and discomfort for days following a muscular back injury I decided to do something about it besides home stretches. Thankfully, PRL was able to fit me in and Mia, my therapist, was a pleasure to work with. After identifying the problem area she was able to increase my mobility and lessen my pain in my first session. I have benefited from acupuncture before and Mia was a pro.
