Very disappointing experience. The business advertises as Santa Monica location, but they’re actually in Century City. They urged me to come asap within 40 minutes. After I arrived on time, they told me to wait outside of the building because they weren’t available and I would need to wait for another 30 minutes. No waiting area was offered and I have to wait outside of the building. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend this business.
