Walked in and was asked to wait 20 mins, I waited 15 mins and another customer walked in after me who apparently had booked prior. I was asked by the lady how long I wanted to pay for, because mine seemingly was shorter and less value to them they advised I needed to wait a further hour so they could serve the other customer first. Unprofessional! Never again.
