I read reviews before joining here and was a little hesitant but these could not be farther from the truth. Olga had been amazing to my entire family since joining. The gym is awesome and it is the best daycare in town. We absolutely love coming here!
I was so disappointed. I haven't worked out in a gym for years so I made an appointment to meet with a trainer to discuss getting started and what my options would be, etc. When I got to the gym the woman I had spoken to on the phone told me I had worded my request wrong and that I couldn't meet with the trainer unless I signed up for a membership- but other than repeating the price of a membership, she offered zero additional information and zero assistance. Nice gym facility. Rude staff. Olga makes working out there very uncomfortable.
Olga is the worst person ever. Dont go here if you want friendly people
Olga is very rude to most customers after receipt of membership fees. The personal trainers do not complete their contract with you. The roof leaks. The counter help starts closing an hour ealy every day. The 24 hour access keys do not work half the time. The facility looks nice, but beware... Only your money is welcome here!
