Unfortunately, we woke up to a flooded basement due to a faulty water heater that was still under warranty. From the mess it made, to the water soaking everything in our finished basement, we were not sure what to do. We had a fire 5am on a Sunday and Melissa and her team were there first thing Monday morning. She handled everything from coordinating the clean up to negotiating with the insurance company. She will get you what you deserve not what the insurance company wants to pay you! Highly recommend!
