My fiance and I came here looking for a wedding dress without an appointment. The store is impressive with an endless supply of dresses of all types and price points. Kalixa happened to be available in between her scheduled appointments and she was truly amazing as she jumped up and told us she was available to assist and she helped my fiance select and model five different dresses. She was such a pleasure and so professional. I strongly recommend anyone reach out to her for an appointment.

Heartless. After our home in Altadena burned down in the wildfires last year, we had to cancel our wedding plans to afford our rebuild. I had purchased my dress six weeks before, still new with tags and no alterations. I reached out to see if given the circumstances they would return it and was told to email the owner, which I did multiple times with no response.
