Very upset with Panache and their business practices. I have been trying to resolve an exchange from an online order and have left several phone messages and emails in an attempt to reach them. They will not contact me. Right now I am awaiting a refund for another item as well. Wanted to be a regular customer for them but can't trust them. They should not be in business if they cannot take care of their customers.

The best cycling kit and accessories on the market. What most locals grab when heading out for epic rides around Boulder. Especially a big fan of the long sleeve air jerseys and the roubaix fleece bibs. Would highly recommend.
