Dr. Pan is an exceptional traditional Chinese medicine doctor. He is incredibly patient, thoughtful, and truly listens to his patients. His wisdom and deep knowledge of Chinese medicine are evident in every visit, and he takes the time to explain things clearly and thoroughly. I genuinely appreciate his calm presence and professional insight. I feel well cared for and confident in his treatment. Highly recommended.

Website shows a bunch of services but if you call them they say they only do "Chinese medicine". Quite misleading.
Friendly clinic only if you speak Cantonese.
I don’t wanna leave negative review, but this clinic has truly tested my patience—twice. First visit (May 29): My appointment was at 12:30pm. I arrived early at 12:20pm. Despite being on time, I watched multiple people who arrived after me be taken in first. I wasn’t seen until 12:50pm. No explanation was offered. Second visit: I was told morning appointments wouldn’t be delayed, so I specifically booked a 10:00am slot. I arrived at 9:55am. The staff told me to “wait just a moment,” so I sat patiently.
