There is good personal, very friendly
Renee is the most incompetent banker I have ever met. Literally this is the most shitty bank I have also ever seen. I was fed up wth overseas call centers and instead get elderly care with broken technology, atms and no customer support. I disputed a transaction for unauthorized charges and she came back and said to contact the place that charged it. I am thinking of seeking legal action.
