Discovered a collection debt on my credit report and was told I would have to pay a 75% collection fee. I requested the bill in righting but never received it. Now I am getting collection calls from these people. I have been collecting bills for 20 years and would never do this to a customer. This is shameful and unethical.

The new owners of Pan Am collections are fantastic. Since November they have collected over $4000 in receivables for my company from customers who flat out refused to pay after purchase and installation from my business. I do accept payment plans from customers who answer the phone or invoice from my company... sending to collections is the last ditch effort of any company to recoup the money spent to buy products and pay my workers who installed for customers. I called them card in hand to pay a debt. They told me a much higher number. Didnt explain why. I told him This is a bill from 4 years ago I was sure I had already paid. Kid was extremly snotty and rude. Then hung up on me. Reading these review I can see they are just wonderful people.

This company does collections for my business when we have clients who refuse to pay their bill. Great company, I would refer them to any business owner who is in the need of collection services
