I love Pam! She is very patient and kind to all animals as well as their owners. I don't mind that it might take her awhile to call me back. She owns the business, she can set her own hours. She took care of my little poodle years ago and now she takes care of my golden retriever mix. She is very thorough and he always looks so good when she finishes with him. I am always pleased when I pick him up and he likes to go to see her. Cindy Denham
