A month ago I booked a manicure and pedicure at this spa, along with other treatments. The day before the appointment I received a reminder about my pedicure appointment but the manicure was not included in the reminder. I called the spa immediately after receiving the reminder. What a relaxing experience, with a thoroughly professional and delightful treatment by Taylor. I had a manipedi and I highly recommend the place and will be returning.
Terrible customer service from the owner Sharon herself when I had a complaint about the service I was provided. I’d rather waste my gift certificate than give her my business ever again.

I went for a 1hr facial, is was so relaxing and rejuvenating. My skin felt clean and healthier looking. Will definitely return when I come to collingwood again.
