Absolutely the worst movers of all time. I have used them many times but the management shifted and now it’s a disgrace. They charged me 20000 for a complete move. By the time the job was done everything was to be put in its final place. This didn’t happen. They broke numerous items. Jammed garbage in boxes. Complained the whole time. They threw away birth certificates, passports and family photos. We recently moved from Lakewood Ranch to Carmel, IN with Pampered Movers handling the entire process. They met their schedule and everyone was very easy to work with. A small step-ladder was lost somewhere in the moving process but we told Pampered that this was not a big deal and nothing needed to be done.
