I had my first Brazilian with Natalie. I adore her. She is professional, warm, welcoming, and respectful. She communicated clearly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. ☺️
I was only 10 mins late because of traffic, they cancelled my appointment and I will be charged on my card. Disappointing. Not booking in again or suggesting anyone.

I had a great experience at this salon! I made a last minute decision to get a mani and a builder gel, and Emilie was so friendly and welcoming! She was very knowledgeable about what kind of builder gel would suit me most, and the process from start to finish was flawless. I will 100% be returning!
Loved my experience! I ended up booking a last minute gel nail fill. First experience ever coming to pampered by the bay and the experience was lovely. Emilie did my nails and she was such a lovely person! She didn’t use anything but a nail file, and did such an amazing job on my nails, she cares and loves so much about the job she does and the people she meets and it shows!
