I just moved to the area and was looking for an alternative to ordering delivery- this place is a welcome surprise! Well-stocked with more healthy alternatives of cat food and treats than I have seen in any store in Manhattan! And the gentlemen working there were very helpful. Some items a little more expensive than online, but hey, it's NYC. Everyone has to pay rent!
I was looking for prescription cat food for a cat that really doesn’t like prescription cat food and Pamper Ur Pets offers a good variety of choices. I was able to buy 1-2 cans of a few different varieties - honestly they offer more choices than Chewy with the huge advantage of not having to buy a whole case. This is a very good place with well knowledgeable staff. Joe is very welcoming, he loves animals and especially dogs. You can tell they prioritize quality care and truly treat every pet like family.
The best store, the kindest and most knowledgeable owners. Just the best - hands down!
