I am so happy with my shutters and curtains from Pamido Blinds. The whole process was so professional and efficient. Their sales representative Jade was so lovely and helpful and was able to give me a price that same day. The order came in the time frame quoted and the installation was immaculate. The installers were so polite and the office staff were really friendly. The shutters and curtains look amazing and I highly recommend Pamido.
I recently had an issue with my blinds not going up or down. I contacted Pamido and I could not believe their after sales service!!! Not only a high quality product but the time care and professionalism shown by Vincent to sort the issue quickly was next level. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Jade was incredibly helpful during the consultation, the turnaround time was excellent, and the installation was seamless. I considered using an online DIY curtain company, but for such an important feature in our home, I'm so glad I trusted local professionals. The result is beautiful and the service was exceptional.
