I was disappointed to find that the massage table was unclean, which raised concerns about hygiene of this place. My body got rashes after the massage, which shows the hygiene of this place is very poor. The cleanliness of the massage table was below expectations, and it made me uncomfortable during the visit.
Berny's Massage was so good also the other three staff and manager were so kind and friendly! Best massage comparing to south east melbourne's Thai Massage. It had being like 8 years since i had the best Thai massage back in malaysia.
When I arrived, I was shown into the room. I noticed the therapist quickly adjusting the massage table, but didn’t think much of it at the time. I was asked to place my clothes in a basket. When I went to do so, I found used tissues in it. In hindsight, I should have left then—but I was desperate for relief and gave the benefit of the doubt, assuming it may have been overlooked during cleaning.
