Ask questions about everything ... policies not posted! – Policy is to sell floor pieces, didn't notice the dirt on my chair till I got home. Had to clean my almost four hundred dollar NEW chair. Yeah - that sounds right. Complaint to owner got me a big fat - Not My Problem!
