Love this boutique! A large part of my wardrobe consist of Pamala's clothing, shoes, boots and a bag or two. They have the latest styles at affordable prices and for all ages. A line of clothing for young girls has recently been added making Pamala's a great place for Mom and daughter to shop. This boutique also carries unqiue gifts including home decor and jewelry, and the staff will happily gift wrap for you. They have nice items at affordable prices . But far as customer service they need to work on that . I went in they barely wanted to speak, did not ask if I needed any help and was just plain rude and the associate's also walked through us without saying excuse me at all. I felt like my service nor money was not wanted and I was willing to buy a few items and I will never step foot in there again.
Cute items but poor customer service. Both sales associates were behind the counter and did not even take a moment to greet us during the few minutes we were in the store browsing. My family and I left...too many other places to patronize with much better service.
