In my experience, I was told by the recruiter that I would have a certain account when I was done with orientation. They reduced the amount of pay for Orient. Reduced the cents per miles, I was supposed to do 55pm , then they reduced it down to 46pm then after that, the account wouldn't take me in and I was sent home all the way from Ohio to Philadelphia on an 11 hour trip.
