Disrespectful, and unprofessional. After booking a free consultation with PAM Immigration, we were told that we would be speaking to someone named Ajay. However, we were also told that this person would be calling out of their "sattelite office", and not speaking to them in person. Very disrespectful, An early appointment was booked at 7 30 am due to the only practicing person calling from a satellite office, to the wrong information booked upon email confirmation. The call was 8 minutes late, it sets a bad precedent for future appotments. Could my paperwork be handed in too late? Could my application be half completed? Considering the price point I'd put my trust elsewhere. Somewhere that's going to give me respect straight away. Would not recommend.
