If I could give 0 stars, I would. My beloved sister passed and named me as direct beneficiary for a small payout in her the trust account she set up that was managed by this firm. They never initiated contact with me. It’s like pulling teeth to get documentation and information that I am legally entitled to have. My experience with this law firm was miserable. They never returned phone calls or my emails. When talking face to face they were rude and short with answers. I would Never tell ANYONE to use this horrible law firm. How you’re still in business is beyond me. If there were a zero star rating I’d give that!!
